September

Our first month has been filled with connection, conversations, and hope. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working to bring greater awareness to Small and Large Cell Neuroendocrine Cervical Cancer and help women feel supported.

Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:

  • Launching Lifted Through Hope Foundation: We introduced Lifted Through Hope and began sharing our mission with women, families, supporters, and the medical community. We also launched our website, Facebook, and Instagram pages, creating new ways to connect, share resources, and build community. Follow us on social media to stay connected and see what’s ahead.

  • Learning and connecting: Malee and Jezebel attended the 2026 Cervical Cancer Patient Summit in San Diego, California, connecting with others who share a commitment to patient advocacy.

  • Opening conversations: Members of the board met with two major hospitals to discuss opportunities to work together to spread awareness and reach more women facing these rare cancers.

  • Bringing patient voices to the medical community: Jen and Malee were invited to speak at MD Anderson’s Rare Gynecological Tumor Conference in November. They’ve been preparing to share their stories, the importance of community, and their hope for the future of care.

  • Sharing the women behind the diagnoses: Through Sister/Supporter Stories, education, and community posts, we’re helping others understand these cancers while honoring the women and families affected by them.

  • Looking ahead to October: Jen and Jezebel will attend the NET Conference at UCSF, continuing our efforts to learn, build relationships, and raise awareness.

Thank you for following our page, sharing our posts, telling your stories, and believing in this mission. Every connection helps us reach someone who may be searching for support.

We’re just getting started, with one goal at the heart of everything we do: no woman should face this alone.
